Please note: Our support window extends for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. If this timeframe has elapsed, we may be unable to provide further assistance.
Issues with Damaged or Faulty Items
In case you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as advertised, please reach out promptly. We take accountability for damages occurring during manufacturing or shipping phases.
- Attach detailed images showing the defect (e.g., missing parts, visible flaws).
- Ensure photos are taken on a flat surface with identifiable tags or markers for clarity.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. Typically, affected items are not required to be returned. These visuals also help us improve quality control to prevent future issues.
Please be aware: This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes:
- Accidental damage
- Incorrect handling or care
- Normal wear and aging
- Fading caused by sun exposure
- Changes made after purchase

Missing Delivery or Delayed Shipment
If your delivery exceeds the expected delivery timeline, you may request a replacement or refund. Contact us with your order details, and we'll prioritize your case.
Important:
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.
- After this period, tracking data may no longer be available to support your claim.
